Think Home Inspect

Think Home Inspection is a home inspection company that covers standard inspections for buyers and sellers, builder's warranty inspections, new construction checks at pre-foundation and pre-drywall stages, wood-destroying insect inspections, and mold inspections. Its standard inspection covers the structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sprinkler systems, and thermal imaging, with a wood-destroying insect report included. A Standards of Practice inspection is offered for buyers on a tighter budget.

Pool, septic, well, sewer camera, and crawl space inspections are available for an additional fee. Inspectors use Spectora software to produce reports with photos, videos, and color-coded findings, and the report is typically emailed within 24 hours of the inspection. Buyers can join the final hour of the inspection to review findings. The company is based in Prosper, Texas, and the company's principal inspector, Jonathan Root, has completed more than 2,000 home and mold inspections.
