HOTWORX Prosper (Preston at Frontier)

HOTWORX Prosper is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed sessions inside infrared saunas. The workouts are short, typically 15 to 30 minutes, and include isometric classes such as Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Core and Hot Stretch, along with 15-minute HIIT sessions like Hot Cycle and Hot Blast. Each session holds up to three members, and a functional exercise zone with free weights and bands is available before or after a workout.

Members get 24/7 access and book sessions through the HOTWORX Burn Off app. First-time guests need to book their initial visit during staffed hours, which are Monday through Thursday 11am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. The studio sits in the Victory at Frontier shopping center at the corner of Preston Road and Frontier Parkway, and it also serves neighbors from the Celina area. Bring athletic clothing and a water bottle, and plan to use a HOTWORX mat and towel for isometric workouts.
