Recover Well

Recover Well is a recovery studio with whole-body cryotherapy, where a session in a cold chamber lasts about three minutes. It also offers infrared sauna pods, contrast therapy that alternates cold and heat, Halo salt therapy, Normatec compression for sore legs, and Celluma LED light sessions. Athletes and people managing aches or injuries are among the regulars.

Sessions can be booked online, and friends are welcome to come in together for cryotherapy. The studio also hosts private events. Its Prospect, Kentucky location is in Norton Commons at 10702 Meeting St., and a second studio opened in Clarksville, Indiana, in the Current 812 Building on Main Street. Weekday hours run later in the evening than weekend hours.
