Performance Mechanical LLC

Performance Mechanical is a heating, cooling and commercial refrigeration contractor serving Prior Lake, Shakopee and the south metro. Its work covers furnace repair and replacement, central air conditioning, cold-climate heat pumps and ductless mini-splits, plus indoor air quality equipment such as humidifiers and HEPA filtration. Commercial customers can get rooftop unit service, boiler maintenance, and walk-in cooler and ice machine repair. Owner Wil Fonder, who trained at Dunwoody College and with St. Paul Pipefitters Local 455, personally answers calls and leads repair and installation work.

The company runs 24/7 emergency dispatch for heating outages, with its dispatch hub in Prior Lake and crews reaching most of Shakopee and Scott County within 15 to 45 minutes. Technicians provide a written, line-by-line proposal before replacing parts, and the company pulls required city permits. The business is licensed, bonded and insured.
