Yavapai Title Agency is a title and escrow company that handles real estate closings, title insurance and related property services for buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate agents. Since 1963 it has operated as a locally owned title agency, and it says it is the only locally owned and operated title company in Yavapai County.

The company works with home buyers, sellers, Realtors and lenders on escrow, title searches and document preparation, and it also offers account servicing after escrow closes and foreclosure services. Funds for closing should be cashier's checks from a local bank or wired funds, since out-of-town and personal checks can delay a transaction, and cash is not accepted. Its main headquarters is in Prescott, with 15 offices across Arizona.
