VINTAGE BUILDERS

Vintage Builders designs and builds custom homes and renovations in a traditional style, with classic architectural proportions, deep front and back porches, and site-built cabinetry and crown molding. The firm focuses on homes that look as though they evolved over time, using warm materials and careful planning of floor plans for families and guests.

Founder Chris Miller, who has a civil engineering degree and a background as an estimator and construction division manager, is on site every day and often does the fine detail work himself. Clients are invited to take part in the process, which begins with planning the home around their own vision. The business is at 4215 Hunters Boulevard in Powell, Ohio, and it takes project inquiries through its website contact form.
