KidStrong Powell

KidStrong Powell is a kids' development center offering science-based training for children from crawling age through 11. Classes combine physical activity, cognitive challenges and life skills, with coaches leading obstacle courses, games and friendly competitions that build teamwork, resilience and sportsmanship.

Membership includes one 45-minute class per week, and kids move up as they master new skills. Parents join the floor for classes with children under four. The center also hosts birthday parties and runs camps, and it has partnered with Good Inside, the parenting program founded by clinical psychologist Dr. Becky Kennedy, to give families tools for everyday challenges. The center is on Powell Road in Powell, Ohio.
