Kelsey Rowley Hair

Kelsey Rowley Hair is a independent hair studio run by Kelsey Rowley, a stylist with nearly 15 years in the beauty industry. Her specialties are curly hair, bridal styling, hair extensions and French hair cutting. The menu covers cuts, full dimensional color, blonding, deep conditioning and scalp treatments, plus a few quick waxing services for brows, lip and chin.

The studio books appointments online, and services range from a 10 minute treatment to a four hour blonding session. Curly hair clients start with an introductory curl by curl appointment that includes a styling lesson. Kelsey also does on site wedding hair by consultation. Credit cards carry a 2.5% fee, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 25%. The studio is on Sawmill Road in Powell, with limited evening and weekend availability.
