Melissa Snow is a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist who practices integrative nutrition, building individualized plans around whole foods, targeted supplements and mind-body therapies. Her work often focuses on digestive symptoms, IBS, cholesterol and triglycerides, blood sugar, weight management, food sensitivities and sports nutrition.

Initial evaluations run 90 minutes and follow-ups 60 minutes, offered in person or by HIPAA compliant telehealth. Intake forms are completed on the Practice Better portal before the first visit. Most insurance plans cover nutrition therapy, and private pay rates are available. The practice is at Whole Life Health Care on Shattuck Way in Newington, New Hampshire, and Melissa also refers clients to other integrative providers on the Seacoast.
