Total Health Chiropractic

Total Health Chiropractic is the practice of John Cannon, DC, a Board Certified Atlas Orthogonist who focuses on structural problems in the upper cervical spine. Dr. Cannon sees patients with persistent headaches, neck pain, post-concussion symptoms and dizziness, and many of his patients are recovering from car accidents or other trauma. Evaluations start with detailed digital imaging of the neck to look for misalignment and instability.

Corrections use a calibrated percussive instrument rather than twisting or high-velocity manipulation, and follow-up visits are based on how the spine responds rather than a fixed schedule. Detailed clinical records are kept for injury cases, and they can be shared with other providers, insurers and attorneys when needed. The office is at 504 Middle Street in Portsmouth, and patients travel from across the Seacoast, southern Maine and northern Massachusetts.
