The Buffing Moose Detailing

The Buffing Moose Detailing is a high-end car detailing service known for paint correction, machine polishing and ceramic coatings. Paint correction removes swirls and most scratches in a multi-stage process, and one-step polishing and deep gloss enhancement are offered for lighter restorations. Interior cleaning and a signature hand wash round out the menu, and the owner also offers ceramic coatings handmade in Japan.

Work is by appointment only, and bookings usually run one to three weeks ahead, or four to six weeks during the busy season. Paint correction starts around $799 and full pricing is listed on the site. The shop is at 36 Maplewood Ave in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
