The 801

The 801 is a flexible event venue in Portsmouth's West End, built for corporate events, meetings, weddings, and private celebrations. The space has high ceilings, exposed brick, and an indoor-outdoor layout with a patio and fire pits, and it can be set up for seated dinners, presentations, or open networking. Food and drinks come from JGroup Hospitality restaurants, including Jumpin' Jay's Fish Cafe, Street, Nisi Greek Kitchen + Bar, Nichinan, and Ore Nell's Barbecue, and outside catering is also allowed.

The venue holds up to 90 seated or 150 standing, and most events run 40 to 100 guests. Rental fees typically range from $1,000 to $1,500, with a food and beverage minimum of $1,500 to $2,000. Bookings include tables, chairs, and help from the events team with layout and timing. On-site parking is available, and early booking is recommended for peak seasons and holidays.
