Starbranch Law is a criminal defense practice led by attorney Harry N. Starbranch, a former Stafford County prosecutor who knows how the state builds its cases. The firm handles drug charges, DUI, assault, domestic violence, sex offense, theft, weapons, burglary and robbery, and juvenile matters, from misdemeanors and felonies to federal crimes.
