Nextus itad

Nextusitad handles retired IT equipment for businesses, from office hardware to full data center deinstalls. Its work covers certified data erasure and destruction using secure erase, degaussing and physical shredding, plus refurbishment and remarketing of equipment that can be reused, with responsible recycling for the rest. Asset valuation and carbon offset options are also part of the service.

Companies can ask for white glove pickup, wrapping and palletizing, or office and data center deinstall. Each job comes with serialized certificates of destruction and asset reports, and the documentation is meant to help clients meet data privacy and e-waste rules such as HIPAA and GDPR. The company serves clients across the United States, Canada and Europe.
