The Maine Association of Mortgage Professionals, known as MAMP, is a trade association for people who work in the mortgage industry in Maine. Founded in 1958 by Maine mortgage brokers and bankers, it draws members from banks, credit unions, independent mortgage firms and affiliated companies that serve the industry. MAMP focuses on education, ethical business practices and lobbying on legislation that affects mortgage lending and real estate in the state.
