Timurland Construction

Timurland Construction is a family-owned general contractor that builds custom homes and handles remodeling, patios and masonry, and landscaping projects. The company's custom home work includes a range of floorplans, and the site highlights the design process, with in-house designers working alongside the owner on each build.

Timur Tursunbaev, the owner and operator, runs the company and is the main contact, and the business takes on a limited number of projects each year, so it is worth calling early to check whether it is a fit. The company is licensed, bonded and insured, and it offers a warranty on its work. Its projects are concentrated in the Portland area, including Beaverton, Tigard and Lake Oswego.
