Rose City Heating & Air

Rose City Heating & Air is a heating and cooling contractor that handles furnace repair, heat pump repair and air conditioning repair, along with system installation. The company describes itself as a heating and cooling specialist that puts customer service alongside the technical work, with a focus on arriving on time and doing the job right the first time at a fair price.

Crews wear shoe booties and lay down carpet protection in the work area, which customers mention in reviews. Reviewers also praise the follow-up after installs and the way technicians leave the space cleaner than they found it. The business serves Portland and surrounding communities, including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego and Gresham, and is located on SW Barbur Blvd in Portland.
