Real Estate Roofing & Mold Solutions

Real Estate Roofing & Mold Solutions handles roofing, mold remediation and ventilation work for property owners, managers and real estate professionals. The roofing side focuses on extending the life of existing roofs through maintenance, repairs, certifications and targeted corrective work, rather than automatically replacing them. The mold side covers inspection, treatment and recommendations for reducing the moisture conditions that lead to recurring growth.

The company serves the Portland metro area and says it has been in business for more than 25 years. Work starts with a scheduled inspection that is documented with photographs, followed by a proposed scope of work, approval and a coordinated service date. The company is licensed in Oregon and Washington and holds an Oregon CCB license. The office is on NE Columbia Blvd. in Portland, and the phone line is open weekdays during business hours.
