Mosaic

Mosaic Community Health is a nonprofit network of health centers in Central Oregon, started in 2002 as the Ochoco Community Clinic in Prineville. It offers medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy and nutrition care for all ages, with pediatric care at its clinics and school-based health centers. Its pharmacies are in Bend, Prineville, Madras and Redmond.

Patients can request an appointment through MyChart or by phone, and after-hours calls go to the main line. A sliding scale discount program can reduce costs whether or not someone has insurance, and the staff can help with Oregon Health Plan changes. The network includes 16 health centers across Bend, Redmond, Madras, Prineville and Sisters, and it is governed by a volunteer board with a patient majority. For medical emergencies, call 911.
