Grant Williams

Grant Williams is a queer-owned Realtor helping buyers and sellers in the Portland, Oregon area, with a focus on North and Northeast Portland. He works with first-time buyers, people returning to the market, and sellers who need help getting a home ready to list. Grant draws on his past work as a part-general contractor, handyperson, and project manager, which shapes how he prepares homes for sale and evaluates them for buyers.

He starts by learning what matters most to each client, then lays out the options. Grant can recommend contractors and other home professionals from a long, vetted list, and he has worked with owners who live out of town. Questions are welcome at any stage of the process.
