Efficiency Heating & Cooling

Efficiency Heating & Cooling is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Portland, Oregon area since 2008. Its technicians install, repair and maintain gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-split systems and ductwork, and the company works on all major brands. Every technician is NATE certified.

The company runs three offices in Milwaukie, Portland and Happy Valley, and one phone line reaches all of them. Repairs and installs start with a free quote, and financing is available with approved credit. A $189 diagnostic is applied to the repair if you go ahead, with no overtime fees. Emergency calls are taken around the clock, while regular office hours are on weekdays with weekends by appointment. A maintenance plan with two tune-ups a year is available with no long contract.
