Desserts of Distinction

Desserts of Distinction is a wholesale bakery that makes desserts for restaurants, grocery chains, specialty retailers, caterers and distributors. Its line includes more than 30 flavors of gourmet cheesecakes in a range of sizes and cuts, along with dessert bars, cookies, coffee cakes, mini-loaves, sheet cakes, cheesecake-on-a-stick and savory baked tortas. The bakery also offers all-natural and no-sugar-added, low-glycemic options.

Custom flavors, sizes, cuts and dietary accommodations can be developed with the bakery's team, and it offers co-packing under a customer's own brand. Smaller customers can buy directly from the bakery, while others work through local and national distributors. Desserts are flash-frozen and individually shrink-wrapped soon after baking. The company is a second-generation, family-owned business located on SW Pacific Highway in Tigard.
