Apex PWR

Apex PWR combines strength and performance training with sports physical therapy and wellness testing. Founded in 2014 by three former college athletes, it works with adults in group strength classes and personal training, youth athletes in sports performance programs, and runners and cyclists in physical therapy. Its DEXA body composition scans, VO2 max tests and lactate testing are among the more specific wellness options.
