Mint Maintenance

Mint Maintenance is a residential house cleaning service that books recurring and one-time cleans, including deep cleanings. Cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment, and the company says its cleaners undergo background checks and are fully insured and bonded. Customers can get a quote by phone or book online, and the site describes a worry-free guarantee where a missed detail is fixed at no extra charge if reported within 24 hours.

You don't need to be home for the cleaning if you leave access instructions by phone or in the booking notes. Payment is by credit card, saved on file and charged after each clean, and bookings can be rescheduled online at no charge up to two full calendar days ahead. Cancellations on short notice carry a fee of $70, or $100 for same-day changes. Cleaners arrive within a two-hour window, and only residential spaces are covered.
