Leeward Health + Wellness is a direct care practice led by Dr. Alison S. Lee, DO, a board-certified sports medicine physician. It focuses on osteopathic manipulative treatment for back, neck and joint pain, sports medicine care for injuries and overuse problems, and regenerative treatments such as platelet-rich plasma injections. The practice also offers regenerative aesthetic treatments, including radiofrequency microneedling and PRP-based facial treatments.

Patients book directly without a referral or insurance. Membership plans start at $99 per month and include visits, discounted treatments and priority scheduling, and single visits are available at published rates. The office is at 75 Market Street in Portland, Maine, and the practice has been accepting new patients since 2021.
