Family Sport & Spine Chiropractic Clinic

Family Sport & Spine is a chiropractic practice serving adults, children and families. The providers see a wide range of patients, from desk workers with neck and low back pain to CrossFit athletes and runners dealing with overuse injuries such as shin splints, plantar fasciitis and shoulder impingement. Pediatric care and pregnancy care are also part of the practice, including treatment for sciatic pain and hip flexor pain during pregnancy, and light mobilizations for infants and young children.

Appointments are booked by phone or email, and a referral from an MD is usually not needed unless the insurer requires one. The practice accepts most major medical insurance but not Medicaid or MaineCare, and it takes cash, check and Venmo rather than credit cards. There is an in-house rehabilitation room on site. Appointments starting July 4, 2026 will be held at a temporary location at Crossfit Yarmouth in Yarmouth.
