BrightBuilt

BrightBuilt is a custom home design and building firm that plans and builds high-performance, energy-efficient homes, with a focus on sustainability and a clear, guided process. Its work includes new homes designed around each client's lifestyle, and the firm says it has designed 365 homes across 13 states in New England.

The process starts with design development with a dedicated project team, which the firm says helps with price predictability. Clients can choose off-site or on-site construction, and the firm is also experienced working with outside builders on site. The office is at 95 Exchange Street in Portland, Maine, and clients from midcoast and southern Maine have shared their experiences on the company's site.
