Prime Serious Steak

Prime Serious Steak is a steakhouse that serves Iowa corn-fed Black Angus beef, aged a minimum of 28 days and cut by hand daily. The menu runs from classic cuts like filet mignon, ribeye and NY strip to prime rib slow roasted for six hours, Australian Wagyu and a 32 oz tomahawk ribeye, with seafood, chicken, pasta and burgers alongside. Dinner starts with tableside salad and fresh-baked popovers.

The restaurant has a Port Charlotte location on Cochran Boulevard, with a second location in Venice. Reservations are now accepted at both, and a daily happy hour runs from 4 to 6 PM with discounts on draft beers, well drinks and Cask Fresh draft wines. Lunch is served on weekends, and parties of eight or more are charged a 20% gratuity.
