Simply Decks

Simply Decks is a deck builder that installs Trex decking and wood decks, along with screen rooms and pergolas. The company is a Trex Pro Platinum certified installer and also takes on custom home framing, additions, enclosed porches, siding, basement finishing and commercial remodels. Owners Justin Lambert and Bill Beck say the firm is upfront about design choices and the final price.

Estimates are scheduled through the website, and the company offers financing with a simple application. Permits are pulled through the local building inspector, and a state-certified designer reviews deck plans for loads and spans. Customers serviced by the firm are in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw and Livingston counties, and the office is on Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth.
