The Blue-Eyed Crab Caribbean Grill & Rum Bar

The Blue-Eyed Crab is a Caribbean-inspired bar and grill serving fresh seafood alongside jerk chicken, plantains and rum-based cocktails. The menu runs from wings, crab cakes and clam chowder to rice bowls, fish and chips, and a Caribbean fish stew with yucca in a spicy crab broth. Dessert options include a Caribbean rum cake and a triple chocolate cookie skillet. Chef Jim Casey runs the kitchen, and the restaurant has been open since 2007.

The dining room is festive and casual, with an outdoor patio, and it suits a quick lunch, an after-work drink or a night out. Reservations can be made by phone. Takeout is available, and large party pans of wings, crab cakes, sliders and chicken can be ordered with 48 hours' notice.
