Downtown Plymouth parking, permits and payment information4 North Street, Suite 2, Plymouth, MA

Park Plymouth manages paid parking in Plymouth's downtown business district, the waterfront and North Plymouth. It is run by the Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation, and its guide covers when the paid parking season starts and ends, hourly rates, payment methods, parking permits and what to do after receiving a citation.
Drivers can pay from a smartphone through the Passport Parking app. Discounted rates apply in the S. Russell parking garage and in the Cornish and Burton paid lots behind Town Hall. The office is in the former Santander Bank building on North Street, reached from the parking lot side, and it takes parking questions by phone or in person on weekdays.
