Dillon's Local (2026)

Dillon's Local is a restaurant in Plymouth serving lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch, with a full kitchen and full bar. The menu includes fish and chips, and the business also runs The Snug, a smaller cocktail and snack bar at 295 Court Street with its own hours. Owners Colin and Sam Dillon opened the restaurant in 2015 after years working in local restaurants.

Dillon's Local also handles catering, including tray pickup, delivery and full-service staffing for events, and runs a food truck for festivals and corporate events. The Snug can be booked for private gatherings with passed appetizers or family-style plates. Online ordering is available for both locations.
