Signature Homes

Signature Homes is a privately held homebuilder that develops master-planned communities and new home neighborhoods across Northern California. The company has been building since its founding in 1983 and offers condominiums, townhomes, single-family homes and semi-custom luxury residences. Its best-known project is Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, a gated community of about 850 homes around a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course.

Current neighborhoods include Balboa and Catalina at Delta Shores in Sacramento, Clearwater and Enclave at River Islands in Lathrop, and Sage at Palomino Place in Davis, which is still in the planning stage. Model homes are open for tours at several communities. The company's office is on Willow Road in Pleasanton.
