City of Plattsmouth

The City of Plattsmouth's water and sewer department handles utility billing for city customers. Residents can pay by credit or debit card online or in person, or set up automatic deductions from a checking or savings account with an ACH form. After registering online, customers can view their balance, payment history and water use.

Card payments carry a 2.5% convenience fee, and the online processor adds $1.25. ACH, check and cash payments have no extra fees. Full balances can be paid online, but partial payments are taken only at the water and sewer department in City Hall in Plattsmouth. Staff can confirm the amount of your last payment if you need it to register an online account.
