Erin Soule Wellness offers massage therapy, reflexology and energy healing from Licensed Massage Therapist Erin Soule Tate, who has more than 22 years of experience. Services include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal and warm bamboo massage, foot and facial reflexology, and Intuitive Reiki, along with a magnesium-infused massage and guided meditation and sound healing sessions. Newer offerings are the Signature Sole Experience, a foot-focused treatment, and the Signature Reset Experience, a 2.5-hour head-to-toe session.

Clients can book appointments online and buy gift certificates. Sessions are priced by length, with 30 to 90 minute massages and a 2.5-hour package available. The practice recently moved to 175 Boynton Ave in Plattsburgh, and Erin has been recognized by Press Republican readers as Best Massage Therapist in 2021, 2023 and 2024.
