Arias Epoxy Services

Arias Epoxy Services installs epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings, mainly for garage floors, along with pool deck resurfacing and commercial concrete sealing. The main system is a multi-layer Simiron full flake floor, preceded by diamond grinding rather than acid etching and followed by a polyaspartic topcoat that resists hot tires, chemicals and yellowing. Crack and divot repair is included in the prep work.

The owner handles the grinding, resin mixing and coating personally, and the business offers free on-site estimates where samples are brought to the customer. Work is done in Plant City, Brandon, Valrico, Dover, Seffner and Lakeland, and the company offers a 15-year warranty against peeling caused by workmanship. Most two-car garages are finished in one to two days, and you can walk on the floor within four to six hours.
