Landon Homes

Landon Homes is a new home builder working in Frisco and Prosper, Texas, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company builds single-family homes and townhomes across several master-planned communities, with a focus on energy-efficient designs and a "better-built" approach to construction.

Buyers can browse available communities, floor plans and quick move-in homes on the company's site, or call the sales office. Landon Homes also offers mortgage and finance resources and has a Plano office. Prices in its listed communities start in the low $400,000s, and the company's founder, John Landon, started the business in 2008.
