Simple Tank Services

Simple Tank Services is an employee-owned residential oil tank removal company serving New Jersey. It handles removal of underground and aboveground oil tanks, soil testing, soil remediation and oil tank protection plans. The company is known for fixed-price removals and soil remediation, which it presents as a clear alternative to open-ended estimates that grow with extras.

Soil sample results are guaranteed, and customers are covered for cleanup costs if contamination is found after a tank is removed. Technicians are licensed, and the company helps gather the information needed to meet local and state regulations, including township permits. Homeowners selling a property with an underground tank are the most common customers. The business is based at 717 North Ave. in Plainfield.
