Floors Come True

Floors Come True sells and installs carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, laminate, and tile, with hardwood refinishing also offered. The company describes itself as a family-owned business and works with name-brand manufacturers, and its sales team brings samples to the customer rather than requiring a store visit.

In-home consultations and measurements are arranged by appointment, and financing is available, including a promotion of up to 24 months with no interest if paid in full. Installers use laser measuring tools and layout software. The company serves Chicago and the suburbs from a warehouse and showroom in Plainfield, which is open by appointment only.
