Tri-City Regional Park is a 40-acre county park in Placentia, run by OC Parks, with an 8-acre lake that draws many migratory waterfowl and makes it a popular spot for bird watching. Visitors fish for catfish and bluegill with a California Fish and Game License, and model radio-controlled sailboats are allowed on the lake.
The park has bicycling and walking paths, playgrounds, barbecues, restrooms and three picnic shelters with tables that can be reserved. Dogs are welcome on leashes. Hours change by season, with longer days in spring and summer. The park is on Kraemer Boulevard and sits next to Fullerton, close to the Brea line.
