DMS Janitorial Services

DMS Janitorial Services is a commercial cleaning company that handles janitorial work for offices, medical and dental facilities, auto dealerships, and industrial spaces. Its services include nightly janitorial service, daytime porter support, floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction cleanup, warehouse floor sweeping and scrubbing, and facility maintenance. The company says it only does commercial work.

Every cleaning technician is a DMS employee, hired, trained and background-checked by the company, and none of the work is subcontracted. Schedules are built around a business's hours, and supervisors walk through facilities on a regular basis. Free quotes are available by phone at the number listed or through an online form, with a follow-up usually within one business day. The company is based in Placentia and serves Orange County, with some coverage in Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
