The Chad & Karey Team

The Chad & Karey Team is a real estate team that helps buyers and sellers in the Finger Lakes and Rochester regions. Chad Loblaw and Karey Grover formed the team in 2010, and both work full time as real estate professionals with more than 20 years of combined experience. The team has worked with B&Bs, lakefront properties, historic homes, small farms and lots with unusual configurations, as well as typical home sales in towns and villages.

Clients work directly with one of the two agents rather than being passed along, and the pair share scheduling so they can be flexible about showings and meetings. Karey lives in Canandaigua and owns waterfront property on Canandaigua Lake, which gives her firsthand knowledge of issues facing lake homeowners. The team has offices in Pittsford and Canandaigua.
