Salon Experience

Salon Experience is a full-service hair salon in Pittsfield offering hair services, facials, waxing, updos, artificial nails, manicures and pedicures. The salon is a booth-renting space, so each stylist runs their own business inside the larger salon, and prices may vary by stylist. The team is described as experienced, with no staff in training or fresh out of school.

Clients can book online with certain stylists, and appointments are confirmed by text or email, usually within 12 hours. For other stylists or specific color techniques, the salon asks clients to call. The salon is open seven days a week at 489 Dalton Avenue. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service, while arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened or rescheduled appointment.
