S&S Janitorial Services

S&S Janitorial Services is a family-run commercial cleaning company in Pittsfield, led by Derek Scully, with more than 20 years of janitorial experience. Its core work is daily janitorial care for offices, along with floor care, commercial window cleaning, disinfection of shared spaces, post-construction cleanup and specialized cleaning for demanding facilities.

Cleaning plans are built around each property, with the rooms, surfaces, frequency and timing agreed before work starts. The company serves offices, retail spaces, schools, healthcare facilities and other commercial buildings, and a free consultation is the usual first step. Customers can also raise access rules and how cleaning fits around staff and visitors, and the team works Monday through Saturday.
