Berkshire Plate Glass

Berkshire Plate Glass works with glass for homes and businesses, from small repairs to large installations. Its work includes custom frameless shower enclosures, storefronts both interior and exterior, custom railing glass, and replacement of broken or foggy window glass. The site also mentions custom glass projects built to a customer's specifications.

Foggy insulated windows can often be fixed by re-glazing the sash with new glass rather than replacing the whole window, and the company offers a free in-home estimate for that work. Shower glass and window service consultations are arranged by phone. The shop is at 35 First Street in Pittsfield, and winter hours run weekday mornings and afternoons, with Saturdays by appointment.
