Arctis Advisory

Arctis Advisory is an independent, fee-only consulting firm that advises credit unions, health systems, universities and nonprofits on executive benefit programs. Its work covers plan design, funding and governance for SERPs, 457(f) and 457(b) plans, split-dollar arrangements and restricted bonus plans, along with the funding behind them, such as COLI, annuities and prefunding analysis. The firm also reviews proposals that others have put in front of a board.

Clients pay a flat fee quoted in writing before any work begins, and the firm takes no commissions or referral fees and does not sell insurance. Work can be a phased engagement or a single defined question such as a second opinion on a vendor proposal, which starts at $1,500. The first call is about thirty minutes and is free. Arctis serves clients across the country and is based in southeastern Massachusetts.
