Nick's Sandwiches

Nick's Sandwiches builds its menu around a garlic sauce it calls Stinky Sauce, which is spooned over sandwiches and can also be added to soups and salads. The sauce is the shop's signature, meant to give an ordinary lunch a bolder, savory kick.

The Pittsburg shop on Railroad Avenue keeps daytime hours on weekdays and a shorter Saturday schedule, and it is closed on Sundays. A second Nick's location in Concord opens earlier on weekdays and is closed on weekends. Orders can be placed online for pickup from either store.
