Rowan University's Information Resources & Technology group runs the help desk for students, faculty and staff across the university's campuses. Support covers account access, including NetID password updates and Duo two-factor device changes, plus email, wireless networking, classroom equipment and software questions. A searchable knowledge base and a digital chat assistant that is available around the clock handle many common questions at any hour.

Phone and email specialists are on duty weekdays, with longer hours Monday through Thursday. Walk-in help is available in Glassboro at the Technology Assistance Center on the first floor of Campbell Library. Technicians can be dispatched to classrooms and offices when a problem cannot be fixed remotely. At the Stratford medical school campus, booking an appointment is recommended for the best service.
