Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners

Pinnacle Carpet Cleaners is a family-operated carpet cleaner that began with word-of-mouth work for friends and neighbors and now serves more than 150 households a week. The crew uses hot water extraction, heating water to 190F with a water softener added, and relies on plant and fruit-based cleaners. Upholstery, drapery and odor treatments are also part of the work.

A visit usually starts with a walk-through of the rooms to be cleaned, and the crew moves furniture as needed and treats problem spots before the full clean. Carpets generally dry within a few hours. Drapes are cleaned where they hang, so they don't have to come down. The company suggests a professional clean at least once a year and answers emergency calls for fresh stains. The business is based in Pilot Point and serves the surrounding area.
