Vetelemed™

Vetelemed is an online veterinary telemedicine platform for dogs and cats, offering virtual consultations with licensed veterinarians. Visits cover non-emergency questions, rechecks, behavior concerns, nutrition advice, and general guidance, and the team helps pet owners decide whether an in-person exam is needed. Dr. Heidi, a co-founder and the lead veterinarian, oversees clinical standards and also sees patients herself.

Consultations are available across the United States, while prescriptions are only written for Arizona clients at this time, with refills limited to two weeks. Booking is done online through each doctor's schedule, and a card processing fee may apply. Emergencies such as trouble breathing, collapse, seizures, or major trauma are referred to an in-person emergency hospital.
